DIRECTIONS:

1. Fill out the employer registration form
2. Using the identification number given by that process, fill out and send the employer payment form to INFORMS Job Placement Service, 7240 Parkway Drive Suite 310, Hanover, Maryland 21076.

Employers who are unable to use the online registration form may register through our paper application process. This process has an additional $50 fee. Request an application form by emailing INFORMS jps@mail.informs.org or faxing a request to 443-757-3515.

2. (INFORMS Members only): Note your confirmation number. Within 5 business days, you will receive an automated e-mail message containing your user ID and password. No payment is required.
3. (Non-INFORMS Members only): Note your confirmation number. Using this number, fill out and send the applicant payment form to INFORMS Job Placement Service, 7240 Parkway Drive Suite 310, Hanover, Maryland 21076. Prepayment is required.
