What do we have to offer for the Employers at the conference?

Job Fair: A six-foot long table, two chairs, an easel and a sign. Employers are more then welcome to bring their own sign, posters, giveaways, and or pamphlets to promote your company or university.

Interviewing: We offer 2 options for your interviewing convenience.

  • Option 1: A round interview table with two chairs. These tables are out in the open. Additional chairs are available upon request.
  • Option 2: A private interview booth with curtains for privacy. A round table and two chairs are provided. Additional chairs are available upon request.

All Employers who attend the meeting will have access to two computers, a printer, and a copier. Some locations may have wireless set up. Basic office supplies are also available.

There is a file folder for each employer that participates in the Job Placement Service. Applicants may drop off their resumes and Employers may check their folders for any notes or resumes. Any items left in the folder after the conference will be mailed to the employers.

There are two bulletin boards on site. One board is designated for Employers to leave messages for Applicants, the other is for Employers to post interview schedules and a sign up sheet for interviews.

All booth and table numbers are posted on both bulletin boards.

Do I have to register for the conference if I just want to participate in the Job Placement Service?

All applicants must register for the conference in order to participate in the Job Placement Service at the annual conference.
Employers that do not register for the conference cannot participate in any of the receptions or attend any presentations

How can I view my CV or an Employer's job listing?

Please request a copy from jps@mail.informs.org

How do I edit my information online?

At this time you will need to send all edits to jps@mail.informs.org The information will be updated and the new CV or listing will be sent to you to review.

Can I view the Employer listings or Applicants without having to place a listing or CV online?

Yes, it is called our View Only option. Please send an email to jps@mail.informs.org to request the passwords.

As an Employer, if I want the View Only option, what is the cost?

The View Only fee is $55 per 30 days of access.

No.
